1. Introduction

This website is operated by Wristsy ("we", "us", "our"), a luxury watch retail business registered and operating from Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India (GST: 23AAABW1234A1Z5). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "User", "you") and Wristsy.

By using this website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indian law.

2. Products and Descriptions

We make every effort to accurately describe and display our timepieces. However:

• Colours and finishes may appear slightly different on different screens due to monitor calibration.
• All product descriptions, specifications, and prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities of any product at our discretion.
• All watches sold by Wristsy are genuine and come with manufacturer documentation.

3. Pricing and GST

All prices displayed on wristsy.studio are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of 18% GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. The price charged is the price at the time of order confirmation.

Promotional prices are valid only for the duration of the promotion. Wristsy is not obligated to honour pricing errors.

4. Orders and Contract Formation

An order placed on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is only formed when we send you an order confirmation email with a unique order reference number. We reserve the right to decline any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.

5. Payment

We accept payment through Cashfree Payments, which supports UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, digital wallets, and EMI. By providing payment details, you represent that you are authorised to use that payment method. All transactions are encrypted via 256-bit SSL. Wristsy does not store card details.

In the event of a failed transaction where money is debited, please allow 5–7 business days for an automatic reversal. If not resolved, contact [email protected].

6. Shipping and Delivery

• We ship pan-India via reputed courier partners (BlueDart, Delhivery, FedEx).
• Standard delivery: 3–7 business days from dispatch. Metro cities: 2–4 days.
• All shipments are insured and require signature upon delivery.
• We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, government restrictions, or incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.
• Shipping is free on all orders. International shipping is not available.

7. Returns and Refunds

8. Warranty

All Wristsy timepieces come with a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, scratches, or cosmetic damage
• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized servicing
• Water damage beyond the watch's stated water resistance rating
• Strap wear, crown damage, or crystal scratches

9. Intellectual Property

All content on wristsy.studio — including but not limited to logos, graphics, images, text, and design — is the exclusive property of Wristsy and protected under Indian intellectual property laws. Reproduction, redistribution, or use without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wristsy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.

We also offer dispute resolution through the National Consumer Helpline (1800-11-4000) as required under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
