Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

You may return your Wristsy timepiece within 15 calendar days of the delivery date, provided:

• The watch is in its original, unworn condition with no scratches, marks, or signs of use
• All original packaging is intact — box, cushion, tags, warranty card, certificate of authenticity
• The item is returned with the original invoice
• The strap has not been adjusted or resized
• The watch has not been serviced, altered, or tampered with

Non-Returnable Items

• Items returned after the 15-day window
• Personalised or engraved timepieces
• Limited edition pieces once sold and delivered
• Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or negligence
• Straps that have been worn or sized

2. How to Initiate a Return

1. Email [email protected] with subject line: RETURN — [Your Order ID]
2. Include your order ID, reason for return, and 3–4 photographs of the watch in its current condition
3. Our team will respond within 24–48 business hours with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number
4. Pack the watch securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number on the outer box
5. Ship to our returns address: Wristsy Returns Dept, 42 Sapna-Sangeeta Rd, Indore MP 452001
6. We will process your refund within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the item

3. Return Shipping

• For returns due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item: We will arrange and pay for pickup via our courier partner.
• For returns due to change of mind: The customer bears the return shipping cost. We recommend using an insured courier service. Wristsy is not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 2–3 business days), we will notify you by email. If approved:

• Original payment method: Refund to UPI, card, or bank account within 5–7 business days
• Cashfree Wallet / Digital Wallet: Within 3–5 business days
• Net Banking: Within 5–7 business days
• EMI: Refund processed to original card; EMI cancellation handled by your bank

Please note that bank processing times may vary. If your refund does not appear within 10 business days of our confirmation, contact your bank with the refund reference number we provide.

5. Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange over a refund, we're happy to arrange one subject to stock availability. The item must meet the same return eligibility criteria above. If the replacement item is of higher value, the difference must be paid. If lower, the difference will be refunded.

Exchanges follow the same 15-day window from the original delivery date.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your watch arrives damaged or is genuinely defective:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]
• Include photographs and a video unboxing if possible
• We will arrange a free pickup and issue a full refund or replacement at no additional cost
• Shipping charges (if any) will also be refunded in such cases

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled free of charge if the request is made before dispatch (generally within 24 hours of placing the order). Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled; you must initiate a return after delivery as per this policy.

To cancel, email [email protected] with your order ID immediately after placing the order.

8. Fraud Prevention

Wristsy reserves the right to refuse returns that it suspects involve fraud or abuse of this policy. We may request additional verification in such cases. Repeated returns from the same customer may result in account suspension.

9. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other applicable Indian consumer protection legislation. You may also contact the National Consumer Helpline at 1800-11-4000 for assistance.
