Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Wristsy purchase. If for any reason you are not, our 15-Day No-Questions-Asked Return Policy ensures a hassle-free resolution. Please read this policy fully before initiating a return.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return your Wristsy timepiece within 15 calendar days of the delivery date, provided:

  1. Email [email protected] with subject line: RETURN — [Your Order ID]
  2. Include your order ID, reason for return, and 3–4 photographs of the watch in its current condition
  3. Our team will respond within 24–48 business hours with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number
  4. Pack the watch securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number on the outer box
  5. Ship to our returns address: Wristsy Returns Dept, 42 Sapna-Sangeeta Rd, Indore MP 452001
  6. We will process your refund within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the item

Important: Please do not ship items back without an RMA number. Unauthorised returns will not be processed and the item may be returned to sender.

Please note that bank processing times may vary. If your refund does not appear within 10 business days of our confirmation, contact your bank with the refund reference number we provide.

5. Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange over a refund, we're happy to arrange one subject to stock availability. The item must meet the same return eligibility criteria above. If the replacement item is of higher value, the difference must be paid. If lower, the difference will be refunded.

Exchanges follow the same 15-day window from the original delivery date.

Orders may be cancelled free of charge if the request is made before dispatch (generally within 24 hours of placing the order). Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled; you must initiate a return after delivery as per this policy.

8. Fraud Prevention

Wristsy reserves the right to refuse returns that it suspects involve fraud or abuse of this policy. We may request additional verification in such cases. Repeated returns from the same customer may result in account suspension.

9. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other applicable Indian consumer protection legislation. You may also contact the National Consumer Helpline at 1800-11-4000 for assistance.
